OUR ROOMS AT THE BLUFF HOUSE INN
Open year round, our Seasonal rates range from $95.00-$175.00 plus the Maine Lodging Tax (currently at 8%). Off-season rates range from $85.00-$105 plus the Maine Lodging Tax. Each room focuses on the combination of comfort and relaxation with a private bathroom, a full-sized or queen-sized bed. For additional guests, cots are available for an extra $10.00. The Inn is also pet friendly, we understand it is hard to leave your pet behind. All Guests have access to free Wi-Fi and a warm, hearty breakfast during their stay at the Bluff House Inn.
THE ANCHOR ROOM

One of our most requested rooms, the Anchor Room offers a view of Flanders Bay, a private bath, a small table and chairs, and a queen-sized bed.
THE BLUEBERRY ROOM

The Blueberry Room features a full-sized bed, a twin sized bed, and a private bath; perfect for a small family or small group of friends.
THE CRANBERRY ROOM

The Cranberry Room offers a queen-sized bed, a futon, a roll away bed, a small table and chairs, a private bath, and porch access through a sliding glass/screen door. This room is also pet friendly.
THE EVERGREEN ROOM

The Evergreen Room features a queen-sized bed, a twin, and a private bath. This room is also pet friendly.

This sweet room gets soft morning light streaming in and features a full-sized bed and a private bathroom.
THE EAGLE’S NEST
All Year:$175.00
The Eagle’s Nest is a two bedroom apartment that stands separate from the main building and is located above the Inn’s two-car garage. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, the second room has two twin beds, and while the main room conveniently has a futon for a little extra room.
The apartment is equipped with a full bathroom, a galley kitchen, linens, towels, and cleaning supplies. The apartment also has a wrap around porch where you can sit, relax, put your feet up, and enjoy the spectacular view over Flanders Bay.
This rental is pet-friendly and is perfect for the whole family to stay while vacationing and enjoying the many activities that the Schoodic Peninsula has to offer.
